D1 Training in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a part-time on-site Strength and Conditioning Coach. You will design and lead structured sessions for youth, teens, and adults, ensuring every workout reflects D1’s tenets and performance standards.

The coach will perform athlete assessments, track progress toward performance and fitness goals, and adjust programming as needed in collaboration with the training team. Additional tasks may include facility setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean and safe training environment, and supporting member retention through strong communication and relationship-building.
