Job summary

The Connor Group seeks an elite Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead training for high-performance athletes. This role demands a track record of excellence with at least 10 years’ experience coaching Division I or professional athletes, and a CSCS credential.

Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred, in exercise science or strength and conditioning. The company offers outstanding compensation, industry-best benefits, and an equity path within 48 months.
