The University of New England in Maine is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to plan, organize, and supervise strength and conditioning programming for all varsity and club athletes. You will work closely with the athletics staff to implement scientifically-based training and injury-prevention strategies.
Ideal candidates hold NSCA CSCS certification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and have 2–3 years of collegiate coaching experience, with a commitment to safety, inclusivity, and compliance with NCAA
The Strength and Conditioning Coach will assist in the planning, organization, coordination and supervision of strength and conditioning programming for all varsity and club sport student‑athletes.

A bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or other related field is required (master’s degree preferred) with a minimum of 2-3 years of previous collegiate strength coaching experience preferred, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
