Job summary

The Town of Prosper, Texas, seeks a Utility Worker - Streets to repair and replace streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and stormwater infrastructure. Under supervision, you will use hand tools, power tools and equipment to support street projects. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid Class C driver’s license, and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and stormwater inlets/outfalls.
• Operate hand tools, gas-powered tools and heavy equipment under supervision.
• Work independently or with a crew; on-call after hours as needed.
