Job summary

The Streets Technician role at Inframark in Georgia supports pavement repair, installation, and street cuts. CDL is required and you will operate trucks and equipment in accordance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Flags traffic at works sites and installs traffic control devices.
• Plans work and ensures proper traffic patterns are in place before starting work.
• Ensures that work activities are conducted in compliance with applicable traffic control regulations, standards and specifications.
• Operates a variety of machinery, equipment and tools associated with work projects.
• Maintains vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Operates asphalt truck.
• Makes repairs to potholes, street shoulders and cuts.
• Operates rollers as needed.
• Operates plow and sand trucks.
• Maintains proper inventory of supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Maintains records including using work order and asset management programs.

Physical Demands

Must be able to: frequently lift 50-80 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.
