Job summary

The Town of Marana is seeking a Maintenance Associate I to join the Streets Division of the Public Works Department. This full-time position offers a steady schedule and a role in maintaining and servicing Town infrastructure.

Responsibilities include operating trucks and equipment, performing routine maintenance, and providing service to internal and external customers. A valid Arizona driver license and pre-employment requirements are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months in a closely related field preferred.
• Valid Arizona Driver License required.
• Must complete pre-employment physical including audiogram and 50-pound lift test.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine semi-skilled maintenance and/or landscaping tasks; inspect, clean, and maintain trucks and equipment.
• Provide service to internal and external customers.
• Operate a variety of trucks and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
