The Bakersfield Condors are seeking a Street Team member to represent the team at home games and community events. You will run pregame activations, engage fans, and help promote the Condors brand with a service-first mindset.
Responsibilities include lifting promotional materials up to 75 pounds, engaging fans of all ages, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays per the AHL schedule.

Reporting to the Coordinator, Event Operations and Retail; The Street Team is an energetic group who are passionate about and committed to promoting the Bakersfield Condors. Their primary responsibility is to represent the Bakersfield Condors brand at home games through pregame plaza activations and a variety of community events.
This role is budgeted to start at $16.90
