Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Must pass MVR, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Route execution and timely completion with attention to quality.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure safe operation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow site protocols.
• Document logs and report issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate with stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing conditions and maintain reliable attendance.
