Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services preferred.
• License: CDL-B & DOT Medical Card.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Pass motor vehicle record check, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Route Execution: Review routes in advance and complete work on time with quality.
• Safety & Inspections: Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe.
• Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Reporting & Documentation: Report equipment issues and complete logs and paperwork.
• Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients.
• Adaptability & Reliability: Respond to changing conditions and maintain attendance.
