This position is responsible for participating in the repair and maintenance of city streets.
Performs a variety of laboring tasks to repair and maintain city streets and drainage systems.
Patches holes with asphalt; smoothes and levels asphalt.
Weed eats and mows grass on rights-of-way.
Collects litter and debris along roadways.
Flags traffic at work sites.
Operates a variety of equipment, tools, and vehicles; cleans and maintains equipment, tools, and vehicles.
Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
Cleans and restocks park restrooms.
Assists in the installation and maintenance of street signs.
Collect yard debris.
Accompanies a refuse truck to collect household waste as assigned.
Performs related duties
