Job summary

The City of Brownwood, Texas is seeking a STREET MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I to maintain and repair public works infrastructure including streets, streetlights, and drainage systems. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical abilities and good driving skills, ideally with experience in operating trucks over one ton.

This role includes operating various construction equipment, performing inspections, and ensuring safety during emergency operations. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, along with a valid Texas Commercial Driver License.

Qualifications
