Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a crew engaged in street maintenance, repair, and construction tasks.
• Plan daily work assignments, schedules, and priorities for crew members.
• Coordinate with supervisors and staff to ensure effective communication across crews.
• Monitor progress and productivity, implementing improvements as needed.
• Train new crew members on methods, safety, and equipment operation.
• Perform hands‑on work to meet project deadlines and ensure quality.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and PPE used properly.
• Maintain records of hours, materials, and project progress.
• Respond to weather-related and ROW emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
