Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with service levels, specifications, safety procedures, and city ordinances.
• Inspects equipment and materials for maintenance and safe operation; handles material lifting.
• Manages inventory and coordinates parts and repairs.
• Interviews, selects, supervises, trains, evaluates, and disciplines staff per COSA policies.
• Coordinates with utility companies and other city agencies.
