Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with designing and executing test plans/cases.
• Experience troubleshooting complex systems from multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects and developers to design test plans.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex systems interacting with various components.
• Support internal and external customers for system-level issues.

Skills

Experience with streaming video software

Collaboration with offshore development teams

Knowledge of Edge QAM resource management

Working knowledge of RTSP and DSM-CC

Experience with cable systems
