Job summary

AMC Networks in New York, NY is seeking a Manager, Streaming FP&A to lead financial planning for our direct-to-consumer services. You will own P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for streaming brands AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, and more.

Key responsibilities include building cohort subscriber models, variance analysis, scenario planning, and presenting insights to senior management. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and 5–7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting and planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support streaming services with P&L management, close, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build subscriber models at cohort level and roll up into forecasts.
• Prepare variance analysis against budget/forecast and identify risks/opportunities.
• Perform scenario/sensitivity analyses and translate outputs into recommendations.
• Contribute to presentations for senior management.
• Maintain KPI reporting and provide performance insights.
• Conduct detailed streaming performance analyses using BI tools.
