Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking engineers to help build and scale the Amazon MSK service, a fully managed Apache Kafka platform. You will contribute to the core data plane, design scalable features, and collaborate across teams to deliver strong customer experiences.

The role emphasizes large-scale systems, open source contributions, and performance improvements, with opportunities to influence the roadmap and work with senior leaders in a fast-growing AWS service.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in design or architecture of large-scale systems.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of OO design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Mansioni

• Design and build new features for the MSK service and core Kafka platform.
• Improve performance and reliability of the data streaming stack.
• Prototype solutions, test changes, and collaborate with senior engineers on roadmap.
