Job summary

Sceye is a high-growth technology company building stratospheric platforms for communications, imaging and remote sensing. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams across avionics, payload, ground systems, testing and mission operations, focusing on planning, scheduling and risk management to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical or operational projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and move work forward without direct authority.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and risk management experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project (or equivalent tools).

Responsibilities

• Drive Execution: Own the project plan and schedule, ensuring visibility of dependencies and critical path.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, and mission teams.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and status reporting; ensure milestone readiness (SRR, PDR, CDR, FWR, FLO).
• Maintain documentation and requirements traceability in Confluence/Jira.
• Improve PMO processes: create and evolve templates, reporting, dashboards, and standard operating rhythms.
