Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Manager in its Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) practice to guide engagements across telecom, media, digital services, semiconductor, hardware, and digital infrastructure markets. You will develop actionable recommendations, support implementation, and drive measurable outcomes for clients.

The role requires an MBA (preferred) and 10+ years of experience in consulting or related industries, with deep knowledge of telecom networks and the semiconductor value chain.

Qualifications

• MBA (preferred) and/or 10+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Telco, Media & Digital Services (CMDS), technology, digital infrastructure, or data center industries.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to structure analyses and synthesize findings.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across telecom, semiconductor, digital infrastructure, hardware, and broader CMT topics.
• Analyze complex business problems using qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Assess processes, operating models, supply chains, networks, or manufacturing ops to identify improvements and initiatives.
• Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses to support business cases and value creation.
