Job summary

Kearney Manager, Communications, Media & Technology is a full-time leadership role across the Americas (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Washington DC). You will guide client teams through strategy, operations, technology, and transformation initiatives in telecom, media, digital services, semiconductor, hardware, and digital infrastructure markets.

You will collaborate with case teams to develop actionable recommendations, support implementation, and deliver

Qualifications

• MBA preferred and/or 10+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Telco, Media & Digital Services, technology, digital infrastructure, or data center industries.
• Deep knowledge of telecommunications, including wireline, wireless, and broadband networks, with design, deployment, capacity, and modernization experience.
• End-to-end semiconductor value chain expertise including chip design, fabrication, production, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across telecom, semiconductor, digital infrastructure, hardware, and broader CMT topics from diagnosis to recommendation and implementation.
• Analyze complex business problems using qualitative and quantitative data and translate into actionable client recommendations.
• Assess business processes, operating models, supply chains, network environments, or manufacturing operations to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses to support business cases, value creation opportunities, and executive decision-making.
