Job summary

Qualifications

• Active undergraduate student in Business, International Relations, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
• Graduation date after internship period.
• Fluency in English with working knowledge of one other Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Country Positioning and Stakeholder Engagement: prepare strategic documents, presentations, briefing materials, and talking points.
• Support Strategic Research and Analysis: analyze IDB Lab activities, country priorities, and private sector trends.
• Support Portfolio Analysis and Insight Generation: analyze portfolio and pipeline data to identify trends and messages.
• Support Knowledge Management and Coordination: maintain country profiles and knowledge products with consistency.
