You are an experienced professional with deep growth strategy and front office transformation experience, focusing on industries such as communications, media, and technology, including software, platforms, and high-tech companies. Your key focus areas may include sales effectiveness, go-to-market strategies, B2B/B2C growth, channel strategy, lead management, and sales operating model design. Additional experience in marketing and service strategy, and other industries, is a plus.
You are a problem solver with extensive consulting (preferred) and/or industry experience, comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments. You have experience managing executive client relationships, facilitating workshops, developing business recommendations, and building business cases for innovative solutions like AI/Gen-AI. You can lead and contribute to team efforts effectively.
Thought Leadership: Understand client needs, develop solutions, and deliver initiatives to support and transform their sales organizations and enhance their position in CMT. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, develop market insights, and coach junior team members.
Delivery Execution: Design and implement large-scale transformation programs, assess current states, define target states, and transform operating models. Analyze technology needs, manage implementation projects, and ensure successful delivery.
Sales & Origination: Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities, including sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, and direct-to-consumer growth. Drive pipeline development, manage deal performance, and identify expansion opportunities.
Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience. The salary range for roles in specified states is $122,700 to $317,200 annually. We accept applications continuously, with no fixed deadline. Details on benefits are available on our website.
