You Are

An experienced professional with strong growth strategy and front office transformation experience, focusing on industries such as communications, media, and technology. Key areas include sales effectiveness/enablement, go-to-market strategies, B2B/B2C growth, channel strategy, lead management, and sales operating model design. Additional experience in marketing and service strategy is a plus.

You are a problem solver with industry or consulting experience, comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments. You have experience managing executive-level client relationships, facilitating workshops, developing business recommendations, and building business cases for innovative solutions like AI/Gen-AI. You can balance project delivery with managing up to leadership.

Responsibilities
Thought Leadership
  • Understand client needs, develop solutions, and deliver impactful projects to transform their sales organizations and enhance their position in CMT.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor junior team members and grow your own expertise to maintain thought leadership.
Delivery Execution
  • Design and implement large-scale transformation programs, including assessments, target state design, and operating model changes.
  • Implement digital and industry-specific operational changes.
  • Analyze and synthesize technology needs, selecting relevant solutions.
  • Manage engagement lifecycle from requirements to deployment, ensuring client satisfaction and managing risks.
Sales & Origination
  • Identify and close new opportunities within the CMT industry, including sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, and direct-to-consumer growth.
  • Drive the sales pipeline from initial idea to contract and implementation.
  • Oversee performance and profitability of deals, seeking opportunities for extension and cross-selling.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CMT industry roles focused on sales, operations, product, or strategy transformations.
  • 2+ years in strategy consulting, managing complex programs and business development.
  • 3+ years supporting strategic recommendations, managing P&L or pipelines, and advising senior executives.
Preferred Skills
  • MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, Lead to Order, or sales transformation projects.
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Existing relationships within the financial services industry are a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or emerging technologies.
