Job summary

Ethos invites applications for a strategy and planning director to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will craft and refine CEO- and board-ready materials, and shape strategic communications across key workflows.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week (more if desired) and requires 4+ years in a corporate strategy team, with ex-MBB/Big 4 experience considered a plus and exceptional PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus).
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop annual strategy review decks, market landscape presentations, and growth initiative business cases.
• Prepare competitive intelligence briefings, CEO/board offsite materials, and OKR/portfolio reviews.
