Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior strategy manager to help train our AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated CEO/board materials, annual decks, market landscapes, and strategic business cases.

This remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) and competitive compensation at $80/hour. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a corporate strategy unit, consulting background, and expert PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big4 a plus).
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: annual strategy review decks, market landscape presentations, growth initiative business cases, competitive intelligence briefings, CEO/board offsite materials, and OKR/portfolio reviews.
