As a Strategy & Planning Advisor Sr within PNC's Data & Automation - AI Governance & Oversight organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Strongsville OH, or Birmingham, AL.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end management of enterprise AI economics, including AI consumption tracking, forecasting, cost attribution, and funding strategies.
• Designs and oversees the AI chargeback framework in partnership with Finance, enabling the transition of AI-related expenses from centrally funded investments to business-unit-level accountability.
• Develops and maintains cost and consumption models across both seat-based and consumption-based AI platforms, providing insights into spend efficiency, utilization trends, and business value realization.
• Leads the enterprise Responsible AI governance program, including facilitation of cross-functional governance forums, translation of ethical AI principles into operational controls, and oversight of the annual Responsible AI review process.
• Serves as a senior individual contributor with significant program leadership responsibilities, influencing strategic AI investments and operational decisions through direct engagement with executive stakeholders.

Analyzes and recommends solutions for key enterprise initiatives. Develops structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.

Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended strategic solutions.
