Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in high growth software / tech industry in BizOps and/or consulting, investment banking roles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a structured decision-making approach.
• Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communications.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work independently.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology.

Responsibilities

• Map fast-moving innovations in Atlassian’s Teamwork Collection to impacts on company-wide priorities and roadmaps.
• Drive strategic and data-driven decision-making and inform business decisions through thorough analysis, research and insights.
• Lead and manage key operational processes to crystallize long range planning, short and medium term plans, and OKRs / frameworks to measure outcomes.
• Own and drive business reviews to inform Teamwork Collection and Atlassian’s executive team of progress against operational plans and health of key drivers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales, marketing, data science and finance.
