Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy & Ops Lead, Applied AI to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will sit at the intersection of operations and engineering, driving the systems, workflows, and automations that support day-to-day execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will partner closely with engineers and operational stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical requirements and practical solutions.

The focus is on strengthening internal tooling, improving reliability, and unlocking greater efficiency through thoughtful use of APIs, automation, and AI-enabled systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
