Job summary

Google Cloud accelerates growth and scales rapidly. As a senior strategy and operations principal, you will act as a crucial bridge between Data Cloud leadership, customers, field organizations, and the Product and Engineering teams.

You will translate customer pain points into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure priorities are executed with discipline and momentum across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with analytics tools such as R, SQL, or spreadsheets.
• Strategy, operations, product management, or a customer-facing technical advisory role within high-growth enterprise tech or cloud environments.
• Track record of driving complex initiatives from ambiguity to completion with a bias for action.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key proxy for the Data Cloud leadership in engaging with customers and field organizations.
• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives, commitments, and action items from leadership reviews and customer engagements.
• Translate customer feedback into technical gap analyses and collaborate with Product and Engineering to accelerate prioritization and decision-making for executives.
• Demonstrate execution discipline and follow-through.
• Leverage technical background to understand the Data Cloud product portfolio and align field realities with roadmaps.

In this high-impact role, you will be deeply immersed in our business operating rhythm, serving as the connective tissue between our customers, field organizations, and the Product and Engineering teams.

You possess a unique blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and execution aptitude. You will spend significant time engaging with key customers and field leaders, translating nuanced product gaps and customer pain points into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering. With a heavy bias for action and delivery, you will ensure that the GM's strategic priorities are executed with precision, operational discipline, and clear momentum.
