Seesaw Learning is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join their Growth Strategy & Operations team. This role involves shaping and executing growth strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with various teams to drive business success. Your Team:
You will join our Growth Strategy & Operations team, which leads high-impact commercialization initiatives in order to fuel Seesaw’s near-term and long-term growth. This function partners closely with both Product & Technology and Go-To-Market teams to conduct market research and intelligence, build business cases for new product lines, and meticulously measure progress – all in service of scaling Seesaw’s reach and impact.

Seesaw is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team full time. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing against our growth strategy by creatively tackling business problems through routine market insights, innovative tactics, and building strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external to Seesaw).

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000 + RSUs. This is an exempt position.
