Job summary

eBay is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Global Analytics. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and executive communications, partnering with the Global Analytics leadership to shape priorities and translate complex analytics into actionable narratives.

You will help establish operating rhythms, prepare for executive forums, and scale AI solutions across the organization, communicating impact and value to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in strategy, business operations, analytics, or consulting with a data-driven or technology-forward environment.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to develop C-Suite ready presentations.
• Ability to influence, build trust, and partner across regions, cultures, functions, and levels.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
• Ability to translate complex analytics and AI/ML work into clear business implications.

Responsibilities

• Enable Global Analytics: manage operating rhythm, planning cycles, leadership meetings, reviews, all-hands, and offsites.
• Elevate Executive Storytelling: translate analytics and AI initiatives into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Activate and Mobilize AI Across Analytics: surface AI use cases, create reusable tools, educate teams.
• Connect and Influence Across eBay: build relationships across functions and regions to align priorities.
• Drive Analytics AI Product Adoption: promote AI products, develop adoption strategies, track impact.
