eBay is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Global Analytics to shape priorities, establish operating rhythms, and translate complex analytics into clear executive narratives. You will partner with leadership to prepare for forums, translate strategy into activation, and scale AI solutions across the organization.

The role requires 8–10+ years in strategy/operations with a data-driven mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in strategy, business operations, analytics, or consulting.
• Strong executive presence and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to influence and partner across regions, cultures, functions, and executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.

• Enable Global Analytics by managing operating rhythms and leadership meetings.
