Job summary
NCR Voyix Corporation seeks an Account Executive - Hospitality to manage key restaurant and hospitality client accounts, shaping sales strategy and driving revenue growth. You will articulate our platform-led solutions to C-suite clients and coordinate with product and services teams to ensure client success.
The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering tailored demonstrations, and closing complex deals with cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of Restaurant operations, sales, or management experience and/or training/certification.
- 5 years + of sales or operational experience with complex SaS and hardware solutions and professional services or prior experience in the POS industry
- In-depth experience and understanding of the Restaurant market and related competition
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Experience working with C level individuals within the customer base
- Sales and/or Marketing experience with emphasis on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business

- The Account Executive is tasked with leading efforts to manage and grow key client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and sales execution to achieve significant revenue targets. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the ability to articulate their value to clients. As a leader, you will develop and implement client-focused strategies, enhance engagement, and serve as a key advisor for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer ROI.
- Excellent negotiation and influence skills.Experience in leading client workshops and discovery sessions.
- Ability to integrate client feedback into product and service development.
- Salesforce proficiency
- Manages the sales process:
- Build funnel – know how to prospect and run lead campaigns
- Qualify leads – can the customers use our solutions and do they have budget
- Identify decision makers - discuss business issues
- Develop relationships outside IT – tie our solutions to business problems
- Close – negotiate contractual and financial terms
