Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, customer experience, or related business functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Ownership, initiative, and learning agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Figma, Smartsheet, or market research platforms.
