NCR Voyix Corporation invites a motivated Operations Intern to join our global technology organization in Atlanta. You will support transformation projects, analyze data, and help optimize business processes across cross-functional teams during the internship.

From Week 1, you’ll own a meaningful project, receive mentorship from leaders, and present your work at the Internship Expo, shaping insights for senior stakeholders within Supply Chain & Operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business/engineering/analytics fields with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation projects to improve operations and efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis to gather data and identify trends.
• Drive process improvement by partnering across teams to optimize workflows.

Your Impact as a n Operations Intern

As an Operations Strateg y & Transformation Intern at NCR Voyix, you will gain hands‑on exposure to how a global technology organization translates strategy into execution. Through collaboration with cross‑functional teams, you will support projects that improve business processes, optimize operations, and advance key strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

Starting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals , engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team , and gain insight into career paths within Supply Chain & Operations. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo , where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.

• Support strategic initiatives by contributing to transformation projects that improve business operations and organizational effectiveness
• Conduct research and analysis to gather data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions
• Drive process improvement by partnering with cross‑functional teams to identify efficiencies and optimize workflows
• Manage project execution through project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, and coordination of key initiatives
• Develop executive communications including presentations, business updates, recommendations, and decision‑support materials

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, analytics, or process improvement
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field; expected graduation between December 2027 and May 202 8
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong organizational, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning business technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, Smartsheet, Figma, or other data analysis and project management tools
