Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) seeks a Management Associate I to centralize decision support and influence program strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, analyze performance, and help drive budgets and organizational initiatives across the Pacific Northwest.

In this role you will facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, coordinate high‑visibility conferences, and advise on workforce design while ensuring federal standards and stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• Specialized experience equivalent to GS-07: serving as a personal assistant to managers; providing admin support; planning and coordinating meetings; coordinating official travel.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and evaluate program performance.
• Participate in long-range planning, multi-year strategic plans, and operating budgets.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and propose innovative process improvements.
• Represent management in discussions with tribal nations, agencies, and regional leaders.
• Lead cross-functional issue management and coordinate responses for leadership.
• Plan and coordinate executive conferences, summits, and briefing materials.
• Advise on workforce strategy and organizational design with HR partners.
