Job summary

Bonneville Power Administration is seeking a Management Analyst to help chart our strategic path and modernize agency-wide processes. You will lead end-to-end projects, develop performance metrics, and collaborate with DOE and BPA stakeholders to maximize value and ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with Information Technology, Human Resources, Safety, Security, and Supply Chain to design lean processes, manage contracts as COR-certified, and advocate best practices across the organization

Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Employer participates in the e-Verify program.
• Males must be registered for Selective Service.
• Must report in person to the official duty location.
• Within six months of hiring, obtain FAC-COR-FCR 110.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Agency-Wide Strategic Plans and update high-level strategies across BPA departments.
• Drive process modernization by analyzing workflows, staffing, and management practices.
• Lead projects from conception to delivery with defined scope, schedules, and resources.
• Direct vendor partnerships and act as COR to oversee contractor performance and budgets.
• Establish performance metrics and evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness.
• Negotiate and collaborate across BPA and DOE, representing the team in committees.
