Charlie Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to support Talent Operations, applying finance/consulting rigor to capacity planning, performance monitoring, and cost-per-hire optimization. We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of one of the most critical functions at Charlie Health. This is not a traditional Talent role - it’s a strategy and operations job that sits within Talent Operations. You’ll bring the analytical rigor and structured thinking of a finance or consulting background and apply it to the engine that powers our ability to grow, encompassing a diverse array of responsibilities including capacity planning, performance monitoring, cost per hire optimization, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. You’ll report directly to the Head of Talent Operations with a direct line to the CFO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of data infrastructure, operational execution, and strategic decision-making.

_ Additional Information _
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $91,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $100,000 and $127,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
