Charlie Health offers comprehensive benefits to all full‑time, exempt employees. Total target base compensation for this role is between $75,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base, a target performance‑based bonus is offered. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, is between $82,000 and $110,000 per year.
