TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a strategy and operations professional to work directly with the CEO on high-impact projects in a fast-growing AI-insurance startup.

This onsite San Francisco role requires a data-driven problem solver who can structure ambiguity and drive initiatives to concrete outcomes. You will coordinate across stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities, and build the data foundation for key decisions while preparing to lead a team as the function evolves.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic projects at a top-tier startup.
• Data-driven and structured with strong attention to detail.
• Able to move quickly and switch context between high-impact initiatives.
• Real operating track record, not strategy alone.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-stakeholder communication skills.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Work Model: Onsite (fully in-person)

Compensation: $120K-$150K base, plus equity and benefits

About the Company

Our partner is a hyper-growth AI startup in insurance and claims, growing roughly 50% month over month and at multi seven-figure ARR within its first year. The team is small and moves quickly, with strategic problems arriving faster than there are people to own them.

The Opportunity

This is a strategy and operations seat working directly with the chief executive on special projects and the initiatives that matter most in a given month. The work changes shape often, which is the point: the person in this role is trusted to pick up an ambiguous, high-stakes problem, structure it, and drive it to an outcome.

The path is explicit. This role is a fast track into leadership with a mandate to build and lead a team, so it suits someone who wants to own an area outright rather than support one indefinitely. Visa sponsorship is available.

Requirements

• Two or more years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategic projects or operations role at a top-tier startup

• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for an onsite role
• Bonus: insurance or claims operations experience
