Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in the Strategy Consulting Industry.
• 4 years of experience in each of the following: sales-related transformational projects, product strategies, customer experiences and segmentation, channel analysis, sales/service operations, change management, cross-functional implementation, business-case development, and leading strategic programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in Corporate Strategy, Growth, or Operating Model groups.
• Provide actionable insights to clients, enabling rapid, scalable strategies.
• Execute growth, profitability, and sustainability interventions across SG&A and COGS.
• Shape IT and org strategies, roadmaps, and people-first initiatives.
• Identify means to reduce tactical work and improve operational effectiveness.
• Support M&A due diligence and assess true synergies.
