Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience across strategy, consulting, corporate development, finance, investment banking or industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, market analysis and business-case development capability.
• Proven ability to turn complex analysis into concise executive-level recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, supply chain or a related discipline; MBA, mining, M&A or sustainability experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans and business cases supporting growth, investment and long-term footprint decisions.
• Evaluate opportunities using P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, valuation and DCF modelling.
• Support M&A and business development activity across market assessment, diligence, valuation and strategic analysis.
• Present clear recommendations to senior leaders while influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
