Walker Lovell, a leading global market intelligence and advisory firm, invites a senior consultant to lead the growth of its global consulting practice. You’ll move beyond delivery within a fixed structure to build an advisory capability, shaping propositions and senior relationships across international markets.

This role offers high-profile strategic assignments across market strategy, due diligence, benchmarking and growth opportunities, backed by proprietary data and a global platform.

Qualifications

• Strong background in strategy, management or specialist consulting, or equivalent leadership of major in-house strategy programmes.
• Proven experience leading sophisticated client engagements and translating complex analysis into commercial recommendations.
• Exposure to commodities or industrial markets, including pulp, paper or packaging, would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong commercial judgement with proposal development and senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape the growth of a specialist global consulting practice, defining its proposition, approach and commercial direction.
• Lead high-value strategic advisory engagements across market strategy, commercial due diligence, feasibility, benchmarking and growth opportunities.
• Develop senior client relationships, identify opportunities and convert market demand into long-term advisory partnerships.
• Build and develop consulting capability, supported by an established network of specialist analysts, proprietary data and deep market expertise.
