Formación

• 4-6 years of experience working in a strategy function with experience supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading analyses or workstreams that informed senior-level decisions.
• Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred, with prior exposure to the insurance industry a significant plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured analysis of defined business challenges by synthesizing internal data, stakeholder input, and market intelligence to support strategic recommendations and decision-making.
• Leverage financial benchmarking and scenario modeling to present leadership with forward-looking scenarios reflecting potential environments.
• Craft and deliver clear communications for senior audiences that distill complex insights into narratives.
• Serve as a thought partner, engaging in team problem solving and contributing to knowledge creation initiatives.
• Monitor competitor actions, market trends, and industry benchmarks to provide an outside-in perspective.
• Develop understanding of departmental and enterprise strategies to align deliverables with broader goals.
• Establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders, acting as an advisor and connector of ideas.
• Identify emerging topics that anticipate leadership needs and spark dialogue.
