You are:

  1. You have proven work experience in the Utilities industry and optimizing customer enablement functions.
  2. You are a strategic problem solver with extensive consulting and industry experience.

You also are:

  1. A strong critical thinker with the ability to understand client challenges and define the right strategies and solutions that meet their specific market and organizational needs.
  2. Able to partner with Utility clients including Chief Customer Officers, Business Strategy leads, and Customer Operations leaders to make bold decisions intersecting business, digital technology, and operations.
  3. Fluent in trends in Utilities, digital, commerce, and sales - positioning Accenture as a thought leader and trusted advisor in front of clients.
  4. Have a high-level understanding of how technology platforms and ecosystems fit into the digital world and how digital technology is changing business.
  5. Able to build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further growth and value creation within existing and new client engagements.
  6. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, including compelling storytelling around insights, challenges, and solutions for an executive audience.

The work:

  1. The individual will apply their industry expertise working directly with clients to bring strategic thinking to their challenges in digital, commerce, and sales.
  2. Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high impact solutions that deliver value to clients.
  3. Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation, customer commercial operations, within Utilities sectors, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor.
  4. Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of digital strategies and solutions that meet client expectations for timeline, budget, and quality.
  5. Lead value analysis to generate insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture across digital capability areas.
  6. Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues.
  7. Grow your expertise and coach junior team members to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position.
  8. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further growth and value creation within existing and new client engagements.
  9. Support the profitability of client engagements, and identify opportunities for extension, cross-sell or up-sell.
