Blue Origin is seeking an experienced strategy leader to shape corporate growth and product direction with a strong focus on market research, investment diligence, and customer-driven insights. You will work across business units and locations to drive short-term wins and long-term competitive advantage.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in strategy-related roles, and a proven ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy formulation, including consulting, product development, or investing.
• Solid understanding of the space industry's customer and competitor dynamics.
• Detailed market research, data analysis, and quantitative economic and financial modelling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.
• Comfort applying analytical frameworks to address ambiguous problems.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.

• Familiarity with U.S. budgeting, appropriations, and contracting processes particularly for government space agencies (e.g., NASA, US Space Force).

Base Pay Range for: VA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20 WA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20
