Job summary

Bank of America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Strategy and Management Summer Intern to preview the elite two-year development program and gain direct experience in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, and Management.

You will work in Bank of America's Strategy & Business Ventures, collaborate with senior leaders, and rotate across core units to learn how to develop, test, launch, and operationalize new strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor direct to master’s degree with a graduation window between November 2027 and August 2028.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to senior leaders and support high-priority strategic initiatives across strategy, product management, marketing, sales enablement, digital, operations, payments and analytics.
• Contribute to initiatives with potential to shape industries given Bank of America’s scale and capabilities.
• Work with a diverse project team to develop strategic recommendations, test, launch, and operationalize new capabilities.
