Job summary

Bank of America’s Strategy and Management Program is a two-year development training program designed to cultivate future leaders. You will be embedded in the Strategy & Business Ventures group, gaining exposure across digital technologies, FinTech, and management.

The program includes a rigorous curriculum taught by experts and mentors. You will work in a cross-functional capacity with senior leaders, shaping initiatives across consumer and small business lines while advancing general manager

Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between November 2026 and August 2027.
• 3–5 years of work experience between bachelor's and MBA or masters with a demonstrated record of achievement.
• Supports learning, innovation, integrity, and flexibility in a collaborative environment.
• Builds strong relationships and works cross-functionally to get things done.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in Bank of America Strategy & Business Ventures to support multiple business units.
• Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum while collaborating across functions.
• Drive strategic initiatives across FinTech, Product Innovation, Client Segmentation, and Business Intelligence.
• Learn about and leverage emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Automation, Personalization) to evolve the business.
