• Experienced candidate with a demonstrated commitment to social and racial justice.
• Ability to partner with the President and Program Officer.
• Ability to build knowledge and supporting framework for impact assessment.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and implement the strategic framework.
• Build internal and external understanding of youth-led racial and social justice landscape in CT and beyond.
• Expand and deepen relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.
• Identify challenges and opportunities and generate actionable responses.
• Develop a framework for assessing impact and success.
