Job summary

Zebra offers a US summer internship designed to prepare students for entry into the business world. The program provides hands-on experiences, training, social and development activities, and mentorship across Zebra Ventures and related teams.

Interns will conduct market research, evaluate startups, and collaborate with internal partners to understand strategic needs while gaining exposure to investment memos, portfolio updates, and communications for Zebra's Board and External Auditors.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business, Economics or similar.
• Must have an anticipated graduation date from December 2027-2029 or (Masters-May 2027-2028)
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify start-up investment targets that align with Zebra’s key investment themes and areas of strategic interest
• Perform due diligence on startups focusing on product, business models, and financial projections with detailed evaluations
• Collaborate with internal business unit partners to understand strategic needs and portfolio or technology gaps
• Monitor adjacent technology industries and companies to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
• Generate investment memos, monthly activity reports, customer presentations, ecosystem landscapes and strategies, and quarterly portfolio update reports
