Ahold Delhaize USA is offering a Strategy Intern role in a hybrid MA setting. You will work with the Strategy Team on core initiatives, develop analytics, and present findings to leadership.

This paid 12-week internship provides mentorship, leadership sessions, and opportunities for full-time placement within ADUSA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be available May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027; a minimum three days in the office is required.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Team is driven by putting the customer at the center of all they do and is constantly looking for ways to evolve the omnichannel grocery experience. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment to develop and execute ADUSA's most critical strategic initiatives. The Strategy Intern will work on strategic projects in partnership with a strategy team member, such as:

• Co-developing strategic recommendations for the organization
• Developing supporting analytics and presentation
• Participating in key team discussions and to share analysis, viewpoints, and rationales
• Assisting with various ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation development, often in partnership with strategy managers and analysts

Requirements

• Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar field
• Interest in strategy, consulting, grocery retail industry, CPG
• Creative, structured, and objective problem solver, both conceptually and analytically
• Enjoys creating presentations and telling a story through visuals
• Ready to work hard in a fun and fast paced environment to create tangible change
• Collaborative, enjoys working on teams

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
